I was born and raised in Moriah, NY in the heart of the Adirondack Mts., the youngest of ten children. I love this area and all of the surrounding beauty. I raised my three (3) children here. In the winter, when I am not working, you can find me on cross-country skis on my favorite trails, or in the summer in a kayak on any given Adirondack pond or lake, making new friends along the way, or just spending time with our families.
Real estate became a second nature for me after working almost 25 years as a legal assistant for attorneys who specialized in real estate transactions. From the inception of meeting the variety of clients and receiving the contract, to ordering title and drafting the transfer documents in order to finalize the sale at the closing table, I decided to take my state exam to become a real estate sales agent as a part-time/second job. Being a real estate agent is almost the same concept as being a legal assistant for real estate attorneys, except that I get to travel around the area I love even more. I get to meet so many new clients, list properties for sellers and show properties to potential buyers. Once again, from drafting the contracts, then putting my clients in the hands of attorneys who are knowledgeable in the field of real estate, who will finish making their dreams come true by taking them to the closing table, I truly love my job. I can’t wait to retire from my full-time job, to make representing buyers and sellers of real estate my official passion. I have successfully listed and sold many properties in my three short years as an agent. I have sold other broker and agent’s listings. The concept is to listen to your clients and find out exactly what they are looking for and then find that special fulfillment for them.
Let me work for you!
