It has been a dream of ours to be able to offer a welcome space for the community to enjoy. More than a real estate office, we wanted it to be inviting and intriguing. Our love of the areas we work, live, and play in gave us the idea to showcase the region in a way that benefits our talented neighbors. We opened up our real estate office to local artists who wish to share their talent with passersby.

Located in beautiful and historic downtown Saranac Lake, our space is perfectly situated to host not only artists, but people walking by who want to stop in and rest for a bit. They can enjoy our comfortable seating, take advantage of our WiFi, and browse the incredible display of art inside.
