Coldwell Banker Whitbeck’s Gallery + Creative Space in Saranac Lake is proud to present Where Pines Meet the Sea, a solo exhibition by painter Dennon Walantus, on view from October 6 through November 30, 2025.

This collection features two distinct yet complementary themes — the dynamic energy of the sea and the quiet strength of forest landscapes. Each piece captures the connection between nature’s contrasting environments through Dennon’s expressive brushwork, bold use of color, and sensitivity to light.

An Adirondack-based artist, Dennon is known for his plein air approach, often painting directly within the landscapes that inspire him. His work reflects an intimate understanding of place, evoking both the serenity of still waters and the rhythm of crashing waves.

Where Pines Meet the Sea invites visitors to explore the meeting points between land and water, movement and stillness, and to experience the beauty that exists where nature’s worlds converge.
