First licensed in 1982, he has served as Chairman of the NYS Board of REALTORS Resort and Second Home Committee, was appointed by former Governor Pataki to the NYS Real Estate Board, been twice selected as REALTOR of the Year, earned his GRI, and earned the Coldwell Banker Global/Luxury Designation.
Along with his real estate career, Jim has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science/Planning, been inducted into the Lake Placid Hall of Fame, served as a Trustee for Adirondack Health, served on the Adirondack Park Agency Task Force, serves on the Adirondack Sky Center & Observatory Board, and is Chairman of Adirondack Residents Intent on Saving their Economy. All of his experiences have provided fresh ideas to highlight a property's greatest assets.
